Engineering
At OMS, engineering forms the foundation of every stage from initial concept to final equipment validation. Project requirements, operating conditions and application needs are evaluated through a structured engineering approach that combines mechanical design, hydraulic systems, control technologies and practical field experience. Our Research & Development activities support the continuous development of equipment designed for demanding foundation and ground improvement applications.
Through Advice and Engineering, OMS Vibro evaluates project-specific factors such as equipment configuration, pile type, ground conditions, carrier requirements and hydraulic compatibility. This engineering support helps define a suitable system configuration before the equipment enters the manufacturing stage, reducing integration risks and supporting efficient field operation.
The engineering process continues through Production, Quality Control and Assembly, where manufactured components are checked, integrated and prepared in accordance with approved technical requirements. Mechanical, hydraulic and structural elements are brought together with attention to dimensional accuracy, system compatibility, durability and maintainability throughout the manufacturing process.
The final stage is Testing and Validation, where completed equipment is evaluated before delivery through functional and operational checks. By connecting research, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, assembly and validation within one integrated workflow, OMS Vibro aims to provide technically consistent equipment solutions aligned with project requirements and field operating conditions.
