Precision Manufacturing with Quality Control at Every Stage
At OMS Vibro, manufacturing is carried out through a controlled process that combines modern production technologies, qualified workmanship, and systematic quality inspections. From incoming material control to final testing, each stage is managed in accordance with approved technical drawings and production requirements.
Raw materials are inspected before entering production to verify their conformity with the specified requirements. Components are then manufactured on CNC machining centers, supporting consistent dimensional accuracy and repeatable production quality.
Quality control continues throughout machining and assembly. Each component is inspected according to its technical specifications and intended application. Depending on the requirements of the part, these inspections may include:
- Dimensional measurements
- Hardness and tensile testing
- Penetrant testing (PT)
- Magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
- Ultrasonic testing (UT)
- Pressure and leakage tests
- Coating and paint thickness measurements
Only components that meet the defined quality criteria are approved for assembly. During assembly, mechanical and hydraulic connections are checked carefully to support reliable operation and long service life.
Once assembly is complete, the machines undergo final inspections and functional tests. This controlled manufacturing approach helps ensure that every OMS Vibro machine is produced in line with its design requirements and prepared for demanding site conditions.
