Testing and Validation
Verifying Performance Before Delivery
At OMS Vibro, testing and validation are an integral part of the production process. Each machine is fully assembled and inspected before shipment to verify that its mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems operate in accordance with the approved design specifications.
Once assembly is complete, the machine undergoes a series of functional checks. Mechanical connections, hydraulic components, hoses, fasteners, lubrication points, and electrical connections are inspected before the equipment is operated. Hydraulic circuits are also checked for correct pressure settings, secure connections, and potential leakage.
Factory testing is carried out on a dedicated test platform under controlled conditions. During this stage, key operating parameters such as hydraulic flow, system pressure, operating frequency, vibration amplitude, and overall system response are monitored and evaluated. The performance of the vibro hammer, hydraulic power pack, control system, and related equipment is assessed as a complete operating system.
The testing process also allows the engineering and quality control teams to observe the machine under operating conditions. Vibration behaviour, hydraulic stability, control functions, operating temperatures, and the response of safety-related components are reviewed. Where necessary, adjustments are made to ensure that the machine operates within its intended parameters.
Particular attention is given to the interaction between the machine’s main systems. Hydraulic flow and pressure must remain stable, vibration must be generated consistently, and the control system must respond correctly to operator commands. This system-level evaluation helps confirm not only the performance of individual components but also their compatibility within the complete machine.
All relevant test results are reviewed before the equipment is approved for delivery. A machine proceeds to the shipment stage only after the required inspections and functional tests have been completed successfully. This structured validation process supports consistent manufacturing quality and reduces the risk of operational issues during commissioning.
Following successful factory testing, the equipment is prepared for transport and field operation. Required connections, accessories, and machine-specific components are checked as part of the final delivery inspection. The equipment is then prepared to ensure that it reaches the project site in suitable condition for installation and commissioning.
Through controlled factory testing and systematic performance validation, OMS Vibro verifies that every machine is delivered in accordance with its design requirements and prepared for reliable operation under site conditions. This approach provides customers with equipment whose primary functions have already been tested and evaluated before it arrives on site.
