In the bottom feed vibroflotation method, the OMS vibroflotation probe is equipped with a gravel reservoir and a gravel feed pipe. After the probe is vibrated into the ground to the desired depth, it is slightly lifted with the help of compressed air.

Gravel from the reservoir is then fed into the created cavity and compacted by vibration. This process is repeated to form a stone column. In this method, the diameter of the stone column may vary depending on the strength of the surrounding soil.

The compaction process is monitored via the control system on the hydraulic power unit.
