Our greatest advantage is our 38 years of experience in the production of vibratory hammers. The development of a new machine begins with inspiration drawn from project requirements or our customers’ needs and expectations. Design concepts and drawings are created in our project laboratory. Products are initially defined using computer-aided tools, shaped by the creative and detailed input of engineers and technical experts. In the next stage, solid models of all components are developed. The technical drawings required for production are prepared in accordance with ISO standards, with no detail overlooked. Assembly of all components is first carried out in a digital environment. Performance characteristics are analyzed through simulation programs, and necessary stress analyses are conducted. Once the design is validated as ergonomic, reliable, and fully compliant with engineering expectations and project requirements, production begins.

Quality Control from Supplied Materials to the Final Product…

All materials are incorporated into the production process only after passing quality control tests. All components are manufactured under precision machining operations using state-of-the-art CNC production lines. Measurements are performed according to the specific characteristics of each component. These include dimensional measurements, hardness and tensile tests, dye penetrant crack testing, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, as well as temperature, pressure, sealing, and coating thickness measurements. Components that pass quality control are stored in stock units, ready for assembly.

Operational Testing on Test Platforms and On-Site…

All manufactured components are assembled, and operational tests are conducted on the test platform. This allows for the evaluation of machine performance parameters such as power, frequency, flow rate, and vibration amplitude, while also preparing the equipment for further on-site testing and measurements.
