Vibratory Hammers
OMS Pile Driving Equipment GmbH sells a wide range of side grip vibratory hammers. We also provide side grip vibratory hammer rental services. Since we are the manufacturer of vibratory hammers and attachments, you can save both time and money. Upon special request, sheet and pipe pile driving machines can also be provided in custom designs and colors.
Grip Arms/Clamp and Bottom Clamp
The Side Grip Vibratory Hammer is equipped with both grip arms/clamps and a bottom clamp. One of the clamps is located at the front of the vibration body, while the other is situated at the bottom. Hydraulic clamps feature gripping jaws. A hydraulic cylinder operates the grip arms with a force of up to 500 kN. The bottom clamp is operated with a force of up to 633 kN, depending on the clamp discharge pressure. The clamps can be opened and closed directly from the excavator's "Joystick" control lever or from an electric remote control monitor. The clamping and unclamping process takes place within a few seconds.

30° Tilt and 360° Rotation Mechanism
The OVR SG series vibratory hammer features a 360° rotation and +/- 30° tilting mechanism. This mechanism ensures effective pile driving operations at most jobsites, ranging from open areas to narrow spaces or locations with limited overhead clearance.
Fast Installation Time:
The vibratory hammer can be installed easily and quickly without requiring any modifications to the excavator and is controlled directly by the excavator operator.
