Secure Connection with Piston Locking System
OMS hydraulic clamps provide a secure connection between the vibratory pile driving machine and the pile by utilizing a piston locking system. Manufactured from specially alloyed cast steel, they feature two gripping jaws—one fixed and one movable.
The movable jaw is connected to the hydraulic cylinder with bolts. This cylinder operates with pressurized oil up to 350 bar. With the help of a pilot-operated check valve, the clamp cylinder is maintained under pressure, ensuring safe and stable operation.
The hydraulic cylinder is controlled via a control panel or remote control system.
SCN clamps are used for driving or extracting sheet piles and single or double sheet piles.
KCN clamps are designed for pipe piles.
ACN clamps are used for timber piles.
